Exporting Statistics from the Contract Focus Control Panel

If you use NHS Mail, you will first need to save your Contract Focus Statistical data before sending it.

To do this, ensure you have ticked the box to save the statistics locally. When prompted, save the data to your desktop as a CVS file, using the File name provided.

Open Microsoft Outlook and attach your data to an email addressed to the relevant QMS Primary Care Trust email address, e.g., southwarkpct AT qualitymedicalsolutions.co.uk

If you normally use Microsoft Outlook, your Statistical data can be exported immediately via the Export Statistics button in the top right-hand corner of the window. Please ensure the address in the email address field is your Primary Care Trust AT qualitymedicalsolutions.co.uk, e.g., southwarkpct AT qualitymedicalsolutions.co.uk
