In order to book your place(s) on a Practice Review please either call 0845 0773145 or email info@qms-uk.com with your contact details, We will then contact you to schedule your review and arrange payment. Payment can be made by BACS or cheque and final confirmation of review is only given on receipt of cleared payment.

Once your booking is confirmed, cancellations are only accepted with more than 7 days notice. We regret that we are unable to accept cancellations with less than 7 days notice.
