The latest release of QMS Practice focus introduces a new data export, Population Health Management and Clinical Checking (PHMCC) and this export if currently disabled by default. If your practice has signed the data sharing agreement and is participating in this programme, you will need to follow these steps to re-enable the export:
(Please note the exact labelling of the export will differ dependant on whether you are a Southwark or a Lambeth practice but both refer to PHMCC)
From the main QMS Practice Focus window, select Export Data:
The QMS Practice Focus schedule list will be displayed. From the Actions column, select the Define Schedule entry from the PHMCC row.
The Export Settings Dialog windows will now be displayed. Place a tick in the Schedule Enabled box.
Select the Export Advanced Details tab
Enter your name and NHS email address in the area indicated.
Select Save schedule
Close the QMS Exporter
Your Population Health Management and Clinical Checking export is now enabled!
If at any point you wish to disable this export, remove the tick in the Schedule Enabled box (enabled in step 3).
Please note that the first PHMCC export will contain a full 15 months data with all subsequent exports containing changes-only data.
